As the name suggests....we are known for our Braveheart Angus beef patties. We use a 73/27 fresh chuck patty. It's seasoned and then baked to perfection in our convection ovens to ensure a juicy, flavorful, and fresh cooked patty. Gotta check this place out. My daughter and I went tonight and had the unfortunate experience of accidentally flipping her tray onto the floor before a concert in Memphis. Not only did they replace her meal but they did it very quickly. It was delicious and I will definitely be back. I loved the food, the variety, and the hospitality. AND we made it to see the show on time
