My family loves your restaurant but can you please bring back the grilled fluffernutter. My husband and I went for a late night desert and it was gone. So sad you took it off your menu. Please bring it back
We had an avocado/lobster appetizer, it was very good, just the right size. Our entrees were lobster n cognac sauce and the grilled Haibut. Both were amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Bar Harbor. We will be back next year�
Had the build your own Mac and cheese bacon jalapeño and it was delicious!
We went for lunch of 7/5/2016. We were seated quickly and the food was excellent. Service was great as well! Loved the pub fries!
My wife and I had lunch here Wndnesday, June 29. There was a short wait for a table inside, so we opted to sit outside. That was a brilliant decision, because it meant that Lauren would be our server. The food was terrific (lobster roll, lobster mac and cheese, spinach salad, and tomato/basil bisque). But the highlight of our meal was our server, Lauren. She was friendly, helpful, and more than accomodating. I could not recommend The Side Street Cafe more highly.

Allergic to seafood so ordered a caprses salad. I got a bowl of lettuce with 3 grapes tomatoes. Please have cook look up a caprses salad. Tomatoes should be a star.
Really enjoy the atmosphere and the food at Side Street- I am not gluten free, but can really appreciate the amount of GF options offered. I came to Side Street twice in 3 days last time we were in Bar Harbor! Sat at the bar the first night and our service was a little lacking -- it seemed as if the man who had been servicing us went off shift (but stayed to socialize at the bar) and forgot to pass on the message to someone else on staff that we should be taken care of! I ordered the lobster mac and cheese. It was heavenly. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely eat here again.
