Great customer service.
I’ve been to this business before and had excellent service, but my last visit was disappointing. I was charged $20 per dual capacitor, which seemed excessive. Additionally, there is often only one staff member available, and during my last visit, that person was clearly overwhelmed. The quality of service has significantly declined, and I won’t be returning.
Awesome group of guys! Had to place my order with my 1 year old in my arms. They got my order perfect and kept my little guy entertained Also gave him a toy that he’s enjoying
They are a hidden gem. This company has come through for me and got me out of so many jams.. i will literally sit in 45 min traffic and pass two other hvac supply houses just to deal with sid harvey instead. Jeremiah is a Saint. He is the main reason I love and enjoy using them. He's very intelligent and just an all around nice down to earth guy. If he left, I'd probably be an RE MICHAELS guy or Johnstone only. This is the best hvac supply house around, and Jeremiah is the main reason for that imo. He's always on the ball! T... read more
