Disappointing experience on 6 East. Nurses are never around and doctors are hard to find. And for a visitor, the minute coffee shop downstairs is closed in the afternoons and on weekends.

ER is always quick, friendly staff, easy and efficient check-in, clean. They have a specific quick triage for minor things.

So much better than the Washington VA Medical Center. Here at least the staff talk to you in a caring manner. I was expecting it to be like the VA where they don't talk to you till they feel.
If you have a Zone 3 sticker, try parking across the street or on a side street. It's fast, easy, and free! I never have trouble finding a spot.
