the worst of the worst – i rented with these guys through a broker in their upper west side building on W87th. street. AWFUL!!! Run from buildings managed by Siba – Siba is the worst management company ever. The management staff are rude, have no judgement, and treat their tenants with total disrespect. Please do not live in any of their buildings no matter how much you like the apartment and price...you will regret it big time!
Beware of SIBA – I think that the executives at SIBA should join Bernie Madoff in prison! Personally, I dont see a difference they are both criminals. BEWARE of SIBA properties.

Terrible management company...liars...just A***oles – DO NO RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They will do anything to spoil your stay....they will jack up rent to astronomical levels....threaten to kick you out for painting...will treat you with complete disrespect after you have moved in....almost everyone in the building hates them..... wonderful place to live – I have been thrilled with my SIBA apartment . It is in the best location and the best deal around. the doormen are polite and courteous and management treats me with respect. They have been responsive to every request and the building is spotless.
THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY POSSIBLE – I am a past tenant of a Siba property, and I have to say the management company is seriously the worst management company you could ever imagine. Dirtbags...all of them! – All previous reviews are completely correct. If anything, SIBA is even worse than described. Hard to believe, I know. But sadly so true.
