Professional Staff – Very Professional. Mikki and Liz are great.

Happy so far – I’ve been happy in my new apartment so far in Forest Hills managed by Siba. The super & staff have been attentive to my needs. I would recommend this building.
Don't Believe Everything You Read – Great Management Company-- Take the reviews below with a grain of salt-- bitter people with an axe to grind. My building managers were always amenable and helpful when I called with an issues.
Don't move to a building managed by SIBA Management – I've been living 2 years in a building managed by these guys in the Gramercy Area. The area is great and the views fantastic, the doormen and the super are nice people, however the management seems to have serious control freak problems. It took us three tries to get our bed in our house. When the coach wouldn't fit through the service door, they didn't allow us to use the main entrance. Terrible – I wish i had seen reviews on this site prior to my run in with Siba Management. I had heard that it was difficult to deal with management companies in NYC and that service was poor, but the girls at Siba take this too a new level. I couldnt agree more wtih the majority of the comments on this site. I loved the building that i moved into and hence put up with a lot of rudeness and humiliation but in hindsight it is definitely not worth it - in short TERRIBLE!
The Worst Company – I had applied for a job interview. spoke directly to the manager.. every thing was fine he told me to come in the next day. 12pm on the dot I got there...Once I have got there he told me he did not make any appointments with me told me to leave. In my opinion i'm just applying for a job and they are lying to me about not making appointments..so I would def not want to rent or get in contact with them ever in my life again.
WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN THE WORLD – THIS IS DAY 5 OF ME HAVING NO AIR CONDITIONER IN THE DEAD OF SUMMER - SIBA WON'T HELP YOU UNLESS YOU BEG AND PLEAD AND SCREAM THESE IDIOTS WOULDN'T SPIT ON YOU IF YOU WERE ON FIRE THEY RAISE YOUR RENT WITHOUT ASKING, DONT EVER FIX ANYTHING, ARE RUDE UNHELPFUL CRIMINALS - WONT TAKE YOUR CALLS IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR COMPLAINTS DONT EVER RENT FROM THEM.
