My daughter bought her first car there over a month ago. It was a 2015 and the first full day she had it, it broke down! The first time, they came and got it, "fixed it", and gave the car back. The car broke down the next day. They have now had the car a MONTH and its still not fixed (it is languishing on their time at Ford)! She has been given several loaner cars and this last one is a doozie! She just wants her car back in working order. She has already made payments on a car she doesn't even have! They are over the top pushy and ran my fiances credit 4 times with hard inquiries when they told us it would be 1 soft inquiry and leave his credit unaffected��
Thomas the car sales man helped us out alot,he worked hard for me to get my new car,he has excellent customer service skills, he deserves a raise!! I will definitely use him again,thank you thomas!!
