Talked with Keven July 17 & sent ABS Module, on July 21'st Ryan called about my part. It was Fixed. Part arrive back "Home" July 24th. Total cost $49.99 Why? Because I Look For Best Deals. I don't know what have to the other customers on here recently but Keven & Ryan were Professional & kept us informed. Keven also helped my wife when she removed the Electrical plugs & what to do about them just hanging there. As I said Very Professional HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Sent My Durango ABS Brake Module to SIA after speaking with Kevin. Mine was working Part-Time. Came back "non-working" only now, not working at all. Sent in AGAIN and came back in even worse condition because now there's no communication what-so-ever with the ABS Module. I'm out $100 with Shipping and Repair Fees and left with an ABS Module that is now worse than when sent in.

We just received our ecm back from from SIA, receipt says as is, no parts available . WTF Over 4 weeks and this is how we are treated? Never a phone call? No calls returned? We have used them in the past - all good until the last time, you said nothing wrong with ecm, we spent many hours in diag time to come to the same conclusion the ecm was bad. Purchased a used one and it worked. You suck! We will contact all we can to complain!
