Manager Zach and technician Jeffrey or Geofry don't know his spelling name rude and unprofessional. Jeffrey Technician cursed language "I fixed you fucking ecm" and hung up. I reported to Zach (The manager) and he lied and made up a story i talked rude to 3 associates. I only spoke to the female answering call without any problems. she gave Jeffrey Tech the message to explain what he did, He got on phone and said as i stated to me. Don't recommend, sent VW ECU in for codes related to Stolen Catalytic Converter and they said they would fix it but actually made it worse, sent it back and worse yet. Charged over 230 dollars and no refund. Asked if they would help with just writing an email so I could send it in to my insurance company and thet refused.

Manager got smart with me after asking a simple question about the negative reviews, he said I’ll just send your computer back. I was worried about the negative reviews due to the price of the ecm. Terrible people and company… sia costed me money and time… I would avoid these people at all cost, I took a risk and went against the negative reviews, boy was I wrong and should’ve listened! Save yourself time and money, go else where.
Sent my 1992 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible ECM to SIA Electronics due to multiple idiot lights & errors in my dashboard. Car kept stalling, not wanting to restart, speedometer reading "0" when traveling down highway, check engine & ASR light staying on. Car missed & backfired a lot, and other problems. SIA Electronics repaired my ECM, sent back to me. I installed back on car & everything is working Great!! No idiot lights or stalling. Car runs like new corvette. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Purchased 12/06/2021 shipped ECM 12/07/2021 for repair. Arrival at SIA facility claim ECM was fine but reflowed solder anyway. Shipped ECM back. Installed & ECM would not initialize. Returned ECM back they claim processor is bad & looking for replacement. Numerous calls Zach says my repaired part is sent. 8 weeks later no part & Zach avoided my calls. Told to call back in 30 & Krista says Zach left but is shipping my part and refunding 189.95. No tracking info given.
