Si-Hy Sucks Si-Hy Apartments in Atlantic City NJ get a rate of 0 from me and from many other tenants who are currently residing in the complex. Management is rude and they just never seem to have a maintenance personnel available or " they have other Emergencies" which enables them for months so they are not able to maintain the apartment! Rent is affordable but you get what you pay for.! Oh by the way infested with bed bugs that's an issue I had to deal with on my 3rd day living in the unit.
