We've used Shutts twice this year, and highly recommend them! We had a birch snap in two after a tornado and dangle over the power line to our house. Annie's team came quickly so that we never lost power. Last month they removed an aging oak from our backyard - one that could not be reached by crane or bucket truck. They were true professionals, climbing the tree, gently bring down all the branches and trunk, and our flagstone patio looked better after they left because not only did they remove all branches, limbs, and trunk... read more

Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional, Annie set 2 appoints for an estimate and both were no shows and no call from Shutts, What a hell of a way to run a business, especially for a customer that has used their service twice in the past. This rating page would not allow me to post without at least awarding 1 star, my vote is no stars. Dan Collins

From highly technical tree pruning and removal to landscaping consultation and mowing they always do a great job. They are hands down New Haven counties top choice for arborist and landscaping work.
