Stopped by personally 3 weeks ago after calling several times w/o success in an attempt to purchase new Hunter Douglas motorized shades for our home. Just figured they were busy and took the time to stop by and filled out a form to be contacted in order to have measurements scheduled and an order placed. STILL have not heard a word from these folks and resorted to contacting a competitor and they were Johnny on the spot and had someone out straightaway to measure and accept our order. When exceptional service and quality people are the reason this company should be one you do business with. I had a 20 year old Hunter Douglas silhouette shade that had a repair problem. Shutters, Blinds & Tints could not do the repair due to part being obsolete, but one of their consultants reached out to me to help. Hunter Douglas (HD) had a life time guarantee for the product.
