Amazing Manager Ashley!! I lived at Shutters apartments for over a year and never felt more comfortable in an apartment building. I have lived in many, so I can tell you Shutters is a great community, I would call it it's own all inclusive community for sure. Amazing neighbors and just plain amazing people, from Ashley the manager, to the prompt maintenance man, to the people living right next door! QUIET, CONVEINENT, GREAT APT MANAGER The Shutters apt have been a great place to live. I am sad to be leaving the bay area, but glad I was able to find an affordable and great apartment during my time here. My apartment was 2bd/1bath. The location of the Shutters is wonderful. A 10 minute walk to downtown, Broadway Plaza, the grocery store and several other restaurants and shops.
