Update. July 2021 We have been living at one of the buildings owned by DVORA for the past 2 years... We have noisy neighbors above us and it has been a complete mess for us. It sounds like a daycare is above us with constant running and stomping. Our peace and quiet is no longer and management is not really helping us.
