9/24/25, Shums did it again!! The best repair shop for your car with no worries. My right side brake light not working. I called Shums. Chris told me bring it in we will check it out. I took it in and they replace the brake light with no cost. My grandson was with me he also got a kool-aid drink for free from there frigerator in the front office. How awesome is that!!! Took my car here for an inspection. They did a thorough job and were able to get parts same day. Well worth it and fair prices.
I was beyond satisfied with the customer service and the work they did on my vehicle, also the fact that they kept me updated during the time my car was there. I will definitely go there again for any vehicle issues I may have in the future, definitely earned me as a customer and future customer, Matt and Chris were very great in communicating with me and letting me know what was going on with everything, great place great customer service and great employees.
Been going to Shum’s for over 5 years now. It’s nice to be able to take your car to place you can have confidence in. Considering how cars today are so much more complicated and expensive I’ve never had an issue where I needed to take my car anywhere else.
