Definitely recommend - A++++++ – I called Shumate for an estimate on a total system replacement. Their quote was far better than anyone else's, they are rated A+ with the Better Business and they got out to my house far sooner than anyone else would have. Their techs worked with me to do the installation in a way that would be easier to hide even though it was more difficult for them) I would recommend them to anybody who asked and will definitely use them in the future for routine maintenance.
Best HVAC service I've used – I've been very happy with Shumate in regards to my HVAC system. They've always been on time, and very knowledgeable. I recently had to have my unit replaced and they were able to accommodate me very quickly and did quality work.
They are the Best Heating and Air Company in the Triangle!!! – Shumate was not my first choice since I had never heard of them. However, I called, and a real person answered the phone. They connected me with the proper person who answered the phone, (no voicemail). The technician showed up on time!!!...was very courteous and professional, quoted me the repair cost, (which was very reasonable) before he did the work, fixed the problem and left me feeling like I had made the best decision of the day. Shumate - Best HVAC service in the Triangle – SHUMATE HVAC (919-662-8040) quite literally pulled our bacon out of the fire when our 19 month old, $5375.00 Complete Lennox System (installed by Service Experts of Raleigh) failed during the June 08 heat wave. The "Service Experts" refused to send a repairman for four full days and were very rude about telling us so.
