purchased a 2009 Mecury Grand Marquis,only 6,000 miles, like brand new. Had a few problems, but service dept were excellent to work with. Had a 6,000 mile warranty, drove over that amount, but they continued to not charge for any service, including a new catalytic converter.
I recently bought a 2015 Nisan Versa from Jenn and my son noticed that the weather strip had fallen. I called Shults Service and they gave me an appointment for right after I got out of work. When I arrived at the Service Center Matt Fox greeted me and took my car in. Only after a short wait Matt explained to me about the temporary repair and the ordering of the part that was needed.
