I appreciate the effort from Mike and Brenton. When the vehicle I had originally wanted to look at was sold Mike had me come to the dealership so we could discuss what I was looking for, my finances ect. I found a Dodge Grand Caravan and they were able to get me a payment I was comfortable with. I highly recommend this dealership.
I have bought many cars from Shults Resale Center in Dunkirk, throughout the years.. and Steve Newark was always my "go to" guy. Best Salesman I ever worked with. One of your sales associate Jennifer posted a Volkswagen on Facebook I simply asked a question about the lifetime guarantee and was told that she don’t have time to waste if I want the vehicle come buy if I don’t, don’t waste her time!! I have screenshots of the conversation very unprofessional!!! Update then she deleted All comments on the post and block me!!
