They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They really put in the extra effort to make me feel like a valued and important patient here. I have never seen a more welcoming and friendly office or doctor.
They were able to provide me with professional advice. The receptionist said the blood work takes 7 days to come back to them, and I was surprised because at other offices the results are posted on line the second day, all you have to do is to retrieve them electronically. Dr. Shulman has been my urologist for several years, and I'm very satisfed with the care I've received in his office. He's very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest medical advancements, and has a very good professional reputation. He has outstanding medical credentials. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend him to people I know.
