I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. I questioned whther his license obtained in Italy circa 1978 was legit. I have the exact same complaint as another commentor, he issued no scans of my head, he did not address my pain issues in fact negated my suffering, I am all for the 1950's approach to "ignore pain maybe it will go away" unfortunately this does not suffice. a 12-15 minute exam hardly qualifies a person to make a substantial decision, I found his techniques archaic, he was assuming and not very inquisitive I felt he did not help, made multiple visits, one diagnosis he was fairly accurate with but he failed to address other issues I am having......be careful with the front desk she is ornery and short
