I had a wonderful experience. It was my birthday. They comped me my dinner the rest of my group had a wonderful time also . Service excellent also the food incredible. Will be going back soon. Thank you Sheila for making it a special night
Not so good and definitely not worth the money. My bartender/server Samantha, was not listening to me. I ordered a dirty Chopin Martini and it had no olive juice and she asked me if I wanted the lobster tail, that I ordered to accompany my steak, broiled or steamed. I said steamed and it came broiled. I still tipped her 20% of my huge tap and she didn't even thank me. Took a long time to get my scallops app and I had to ask 3 times for bread. I won't be back.
I don't mind waiting for good food but after I realized the my steak was over cooked (well done) when I asked for medium I realized that the waiter was either overwhelmed or had forgotten of me. I first had that impression when he finally walked by my table, made eye contact and had a surprised look. Considering their pricing I would definitely expected better.
I was on a conference trip in Tampa and the last night I ordered the steak sandwich. It was so good! Wish I had a Shula's in NY.
