The staff/doctors are easy to reach in an emergency. When I call they answer right away and in a friendly manner will assist or answer any question you may have. The day of my procedure I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
