I have always Loved Shuford's! So glad we have one in Chickamauga. Madison I hope you do well! Food was amazing! Have known Jeff and Michelle for YEARS!
Tried their Rib plate 4 thumbs up, big pl thick ribs and they were good.

I’ve eaten at Shufords for most of the last 30 years but had never taken advantage of taking something there to be smoked. I may never smoke anything else on my on again. I took a 17lb. brisket there a few days before Christmas and couldn’t have asked for anything more delicious. And for what it cost me, it doesn’t make since for me to do it myself. Couldn’t have been happier with the results
The best barbecue I've ever had and I've lived all over the South, including Memphis. We've been eating here for about 30 years and even though we've now moved to South Carolina, our first stop back home in Chattanooga is always to Shuford's!
Fast, friendly service and the food is always excellent. I would strongly recommend visiting is your ever near Signal Mtn.
