This is a zero star review. Like almost all of the other reviewers, our experience was negative. Dr. Wadyal did not return calls or respond to pages. He insulted the patient during treatment and made clear that he did not like the patient. When the doctor finally called me back after being chased by multiple people over many days, he called to yell and kick the patient (an adolescent) out of the program. Just like that. There was no discharge plan. No discharge discussion. To this day--some two weeks later--I still have not ... read more

If I could give this guy a zero- I would. When I came home from Afghanistan in 2010 I required treatment for an eating disorder. He saw me once in patient I fell and a nurse made a huge mistake trying to pick me up and he accused me of assaulting her. He then made it so that I can't be seen in the group practice making care unaccessable to me. He is the worst doctor in the world and I would never let him around me and certainly not one of my kids. He is dangerous, unfriendly and exploitive. Completely un-veteran friendly.

After our original psych left for vacation, Dr. Wadyal took my daughter's case. When I asked for a neurologist appointment to figure out why/how a tic disorder developed, he kicked her out of the inpatient program and out of PHP, claiming we were disagreeing with his treatment plan. When we stated that we wanted additional care, not alternate care, he still wouldn't treat our daughter. He refused to treat a child in need. He refused to answer our phone calls. We were asked to go find other care. I still am in shock that a Be... read more

Wish I could give a zero. Does not respond to calls, pages, or messages of any kind even when the patient is hospitalized. When I showed up in person without an appt to get a response and pointed that out - he fired us. If you are looking for a doctor with a God complex - he's your guy!

This Dr. runs the intensive out patient program and partial hospitalization in hoffman estates (Allexian Brothers). He is currently treating my minor daughter and I have NEVER been more disappointed with a doctor in my life. Would you believe 4 weeks in I don’t even have a phone number for this man. He has never once talked to me (the parent) nor has he returned the multiple requests I have put in through the case manager asking to talk to him. I’m so sorry I ever went to this place!!!

Dr. Shubhrajan S Wadyal, this person does not deserve to have a license of the doctor(M.D). He has a lack of empathy and work ethic. Additionally he is a liar that use his job title and make patients life miserable. I would never recommend to have him as your doctor. He thinks that he is a boss at the hospital but in real life he is doing nothing to help people who really need some support. He just make you pay a lot of money for being hospitalized and keep you at the hospital without any reason

Concerned Parent Lake Zurich- Worst Doctor has God Complex and is very short with child and parents. He threatened to bring DCFS against parents after one meeting and told our son 14yrs old that he is in control and that his parents disagree on medication and that they are starting a legal battle. I strongly recommend finding another doctor...

Our son is presently treated by Dr. Whadyal and has been his patient for the past few years. In those years we have found Dr. Whadyal to be very understanding, compassionate & genuine in his interaction/concern with our son. My husband & I appreciate that he is firm but very fair with our son. Dr. Whadyal does not make his office as a place our child dreads going but makes it a safe place where he can speak & get help. Dr. Whadyal also works closely with our son's therapist therefore our son ben

He cares about our children . He may not be warm and fuzzy to the parents but he truly looks at every child as his own! Great doctor !!
