NEVER AGAINNNNNN ‼️‼️‼️ I returned for a second time to get my Brows/Lip/Chin waxed and received horrible service. I tried to briefly explain how the lady took off too much hair on my brows (cut off my tail) & to be careful; I believe in second chances. However this lady didn’t give a d*** about what I had to say. Eye Brows threaded.. I did not like the customer service I received from one of the ladies that threaded my eyebrows.. she even made me wipe my own eyebrows with alcohol cotton ball I still tipped even tho I shouldn’t have! Because what ????? Definitely won’t let her do it again.. definitely won’t come back to this location.. one ruin it for all! Customer service is everything to me. And she was a little rough! Like no ma’am… ILL PASS!
I love this eyebrow place. I’ve had insomnia so excuse how tired I look. The girl was wonderful and did a great job. I had my eyebrows and mustache done. It had been months and it feels good to have them done.
