Been renting with SHS for almost a year and it has been a lovely experience thanks to steven and Danny.
Would give them a zero if I could. My neighbors had a shoot out in the parking lot and SHS did not evict them nor send anything out regarding the incident. The shoot out resulted in a bullet in my bumper and someone being sent to the hospital. When i tried to get in contact with the manager i was told she would call me when she was in the office next. I was told that for 2 straight weeks and have yet to hear from anyone. They only care about money. No regard for safety or courtesy.
SHS manages a bunch of properties for my family. They are extremely professional and locally owned and operated. Always better than dealing with absentee and out of town management and ownership.
