I experienced very poor billing and office management. The problem began when the office charged me for a test but refused to submit the claim to my insurance. When I spoke with the office manager, she said, “It’s their policy not to bill the insurance company because most of the time they deny the claim, so she doesn’t file it.” Refusing to file a valid claim appears to violate legal or contractual obligations. I met with Dr. Araceli Davenport and had the BEST experience I’ve had with a psychiatrist in a long time. Very informative and knowledgeable. Quick to respond and even the receptionist is the most kind woman to speak with. 10/10 would recommend. Thoroughly, went through my VERY long and complicated comorbidity and medical history and sent me out with an honest plan and even made me feel more positive for the first time in a while. Nikki the psychiatrist that I talked to or whatever she is she is the best one there Joshua and whoever is in the office that writes the scripts their a joke he subscribe me a lower dose of my medicine send it to the wrong pharmacy still have yet to get it a month later I called the office several times they said they would get it fixed nobody ever fixed it now they're sending me a message early this morning saying I had to appointment to see somebody at 11:00 well it was 11:30 before I seen it and I still have not got my me... read more

I recieved 1 visit to Joshua he prescribed me meds at way to high dose. Wrong medication for my condition. Starting hearing voices and the receptionist laughed at me and never called me back to discuss the medical situation I was experiencing. I went to MD a week later and she immediately pulled me off the medication. Do not trust them and do not trust them pushing meds down your throat.
