I have been taking my son to the Spokane hospital since he was 1 year old. We have always been welcomed with open arms and unending kindness. The check in process has changed a lot in the last 3 years but I know it's all for the good of this Amazing Hospital. Thank You to all who work & volunteer to help these kiddos who wouldn't be able to have normal lives without you! — with Scott Martin.
We had an amazing experience, kind and loving staff. Child oriented service, it’s always about the children. Thank you!
I wish there was a 10 star rating because that is exactly what Shriners Hospital deserves. Our son had a spinal fusion on Tuesday and the staff was amazing. From the surgeon's, nurses, security and everyone else we came across they all made us feel so welcome. The care our son received was nothing less than aamazing. I am so happy Shriners was able to help our son and would recommend them to anyone's child that needs orthopedic surgery!

Besides the receptionist, everyone was so friendly and po... read more
I brought my 4yr old son in Wed with a broken arm. He was very grouchy and in quite a bit of pain. Everyone was so kind and patient with him even when he was less than cooperative. so grateful for the kindness he was shown. thank you so much for making a scary and painful experience more pleasant for him
