It's not a Hospital, It's a place where children come to get help and become children again. God Bless the Shriners.
I love this hospital so much. My first interaction with it wasnt the greatest because of a doctor when my daughter was little. We went up there back in may of this year and since then it has been the best place in the world. The nursing staff, the doctors, and surgeons have been amazing. My daughter had surgery up there the end of july and I think I have had to call my care management nurse with a million and one questions and she is amazing and answers them throughly and doesnt make me feel dumb for asking them.
I can't say enough about the doctors and nurses at Shriner's, they give you hope when you think you have none left. Because of their faith and hope the kids heal not just their bodies but their spirits.
The entire staff is AMAZING!! The Drs, Nurses, Specialists (Resp, Nutritional, etc) Rec Room staff and the Cafeteria Crew too. He didn't want to leave. He is happy to be home now that he is. Thank you for making our stay better than we ever could have hoped.
Shriner's is such a welcoming, informative, friendly, caring, and love place to bring your children/ grand children. We were there this morning for my Grandson's broken arm. Every part of our journey with them has been smooth! God Bless each and every person employed there!
Dr. Baker It's phenomenal, makes you feel like you're his only patient, he glgoes above and beyond and as very welcoming. I couldn't thank him enough. his assistant Andrea is the sweetest lady, she very workable to make sure you get in to see him
Hay las mejores atenciones medicas, excelentes enfermeras, se puede decir... ser perfecto!!
Our first interactions was in 2011 and at the time care was top notch and we received an appt in a reasonable amount of time. This time around not the case at all. Providers office confirmed all info was sent to Shriners so we could get our child seen. I called and they claimed they didn’t have it. A lot of back and forth calls I had to do and then Shriners finally said they could get us scheduled.... in NOVEMBER. My child is at risk for a fracture and in pain and they want us to wait until November to be seen. Completely un... read more
