The young girl @ the front counter ringing you up is 😡 with the world ! Poor customer service for a cashier .
Love your food but when you call in 60/70 dollars worth of food the order should be right. Ticket was correct but plates were not. Order was under Bradham and Logan.
The owner of the shrimper is extremely racist. He calls black ppl "you ppl" and the customer service is very bad. I would avoid this restaurant at all cost
I will never eat at the shrimper again. We ordered our food at 11:35 am today. I just left at 12:15 without a bite. Demanded my money back. We complained after 20 min. Still no food. 15 more min go by and still no food. We ask for a refund and the cashier was very rude about returning our money. Never ever will I eat at the Shrimper!!!
