The service department here is terrible. Every time the car goes in it comes back with more stuff wrong. Would never use them again.

Shrewsburry VW ROCKS.
I had such an amazing experience at volkswagen. I purchased my first car and thanks to Ralph napolitano and the other staff. My dad even said their process was very,smooth and because of this he will come back to buy his car in the future.
So my daughter went to pick up new Black Tiguan w/Brown interior as she was told it would be here for pick today. When she called to make sure it was there she was told "sorry that one is $39 more per month" but you can have the Red one for the price we agreed upon, and oh yea, GAVE A DEPOSIT ON...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! BUYER BEWARE!!! No integrity, no character and the term "sleazy car salesmen" comes to mind. RUN, don't walk from this VW dealership.
