Dr. Shrader is a very good doctor. My last visit was on a Monday and she sent out notice of closing her practice on Thursday and NEVER said a word to me. After receiving the notice of closing less than a week after my last visit, I asked for a copy of my records and was advised they would charge me for copying my records. I think that is ethically wrong.

She is so kind. She makes me feel like I'm a friend not a patient. My other dermatologist always try to rush me out of the room. She takes her time with me talks to me here's my concerns on a scale from 1 to 10 the doctor is a strong 15 !!!
Dr. Shrader exhibits true professionalism, a vast knowledge of current procedures and products and ensures you have a thorough understanding of every aspect of the care she is providing. Her office is run efficiently resulting in minimal wait time and her staff is professional and approachable.
I have been going to Dr Shrader for many years and have been pleased. My friend, a nurse, also goes to her. She has been very helpful to me and my family.
The doctor is very kind and competent but the personnel responsible for billing and claims is not. BE AWARE - this office states that it accepts certain insurance carriers but is ignorant in billing processes. This can cost the patient hundreds of dollars.
The practice advertises that they are taking new clients, however when you call and try to make an appointment they give you a run around and tell you they cant accept new patients. It's a complete waste of time to call this office.
