Robert recently handled the sale of two properties for my family. The first was a condo in Southold, the second a home in the Smithtown area. Both sales were somewhat complicated and took much longer than expected. Robert went above and beyond his normal role as a realtor to make sure both closings worked out and I truly appreciate his level of professionalism. I don't know that another realtor would have worked so diligently to finalize the sales.
I know Rob Satter since 2001, and he is the only broker I would trust. He has always found me perfect tenants. Rob is very attentive, helpful, and respectful to everyone involved. Always worked around my schedule. My tenants have all been very happy working with him as well. An absolute pleasure to work with. I did notice a negative review about Rob on here. I can guarantee you, it is from a person who is just never happy with anything.

The staff at showcase realty is very pleasant and dedicated. My experience with selling my starter home and purchasing my dream home was so great. The staff made me feel comfortable thru the whole process. We moved 5 days before Christmas and Robert made sure the transaction went smooth.
