they know how to make a customer happy I was impressed with Showcase Flowers customer service. We're always ordering arrangements at the magazine for someone and I chose Showcase for a birthday arrangement. The flowers were delivered on time, but after 3 days, it looked horrible. It started wilting and turning brown. I contaced Showcase and told them what was going on. Without being asked, they delivered a duplicate arrangement the same day at no charge. That's impressive! They know the value of keeping a customer happy.
