DO NOT STAY HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Currently staying here for kids. The hotel is clearly outdated. The game rooms are like a dying mall trying to survive. The water park is completely separate. The Showboat charges a $30 "resort" fee, this is not a resort and far from it. The whole hotel had maybe 2 functional ice machines. Would not recommend. Elevators don't work. Half the arcade is broken. Food is trash. The pictures lie!!! Dogs barking all night trying to sleep. The $30 resort fee is half the Waterpark fee. ... read more
We stay every year in the balcony rooms. Absolutely beautiful rooms, customer service is great and the location is great! Only down fall is checking in, sometimes that could take a while, but overall its the only hotel we stay in.
Great time for family and friends
We stayed for 4 days, Trash was overflowing on the floor, no housekeeper show up to clean for 2 days, I had to call downstairs they said I have to call downstairs everyday to schedule for them to clean the room 🤷♀️
