The Dental Hygienist did a great job as usual with cleaning my teeth even though I have difficult teeth. Options of services for some concern areas were given with good explanations so that I understood what all was entailed in the treatment options.
I had to find a new dentist office so a co-worker recomended this place. I was sure thankful that he did. Natasha at the front desk to begin with was so nice and helpful. They took me right in with no wait so that was great. The girl that took me back to get me started was Kylie and she was just so pleasant and nice to be around and also was very good with what she did. I had a great Experience even though it is never a pleasure to spend time having toothwork done. Dr Sjogren was so professional and efficient. I was very happy with the work done and how it was carried out.
Great friendly service with excellent explanation by staff and Dr. Sjogren. They got me in quick, diagnosed my issue, and set in place a plan to correct. This is a new dentist for me, as my insurance changed. All the good reviews were confirmed in my visit.
I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is always friendly and polite. This last time I met Lauren and she was great. Extremely friendly, asked about more than just my job and politely answered my questions. I CAN'T complain about the cleaning either, she did her job quickly and efficiently, thoroughly cleaned my teeth, all w/o jabbing into my gums. I felt like she was done in no time.
Been going here for years, a big step up from my previous dentist, esp bedside manner. Dorothy is a top notch hygienist. Team is on top of things, and they don't recommend something be done before it is time. Dr. Sjogren is a technical wiz, finished off an implant with perfect results. Just had a filling with Dr. Cooper, she was very careful and efficient. This seems like the best-run office I have ever witnessed.
Staff was/is very polite, professional, as gentle as needed, has a lot of knowledge, and the place is clean and well kept/ all the machines looked maintained. I will definitely be recommending to friends/family.
Hygienist Laura was nice but didn't expect me to talk when it was impossible :) and the dentist was personable. I'm loving Show Your Grin!
