Oh dear, where do I begin. I loved everything about my appointment - friendly, easy to communicate with tech "Dorothy" - (she's a gem). Clean & modern office/facilities with high tech equipment (impressed with that x-ray gun thingie). Staff is always on time & ready for my appointment - never have to wait! It is always a good thing when one does not feel apprehensive about a doctor visit.This is always the case with my cleaning visits to Doctor Sjogrens office. Great proficient crew(Dorothy), neat place, a welcoming(Natasha) front office atmosphere. I, for one, am glad I found these great folks.
I chose this dentists office because it was relatively close and the reviews were perfect. It was my first time going to "Show Your Grin" yesterday and they deliver exactly as the reviews say. They got me in quickly, were very friendly and did a great/thorough job cleaning my teeth. My family and I will be using this office as long as we live here.
The Office Manager was extremely helpful, supportive and helped explained to me everything and makes me felt very much relaxed even before meeting with the Doctor and the Dental Hygienic, the Dental Hygienic did a fantastic job! I never felt a single pain throughout the process, she worked me through as she performed each category of tasked . My technician took me right on time. Her smile was genuine, and her interest in me was sincere. She was professional, but courteous and customer oriented. She was superb!
I have been going to Dr. Sjogren for over 9 years. In that time, I have never had a bad experience. His staff is always prepared, explains things clearly, and are good at what they do (not to mention they always have the newest tools in the trade). Appointments are on-time and efficient. No matter who you get from a hygienist perspective you will have someone that if very friendly and will make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Sjogren and his staff to anyone looking for a top notch Dentist.
