Purchased a GMC Yukon that they said had been fully maintained and throughly checked by them. All fluids supposedly had been changed and everything was in “tip-top-shape”. Financed, drove it home and started noticing trouble with the transmission. Took it to a shop and the transmission fluid was full of dirt, debris, etc. Paid for a complete flush, and contacted Show Me Auto to let them know of the issue. My son in law got his car stolen from your service center because you didn’t lock his keys up. You have given him a rental car but absolutely no other help. He is stuck because of his money situation so he has to buy his next car from you. You are saying he has to pay fees again and there is a 1500.00 discrepancy. He is the victim. You have insurance. Mark potter was fantastic!! Hands down easiest most laid back truck shopping experience ever. No pressure no b.s. Past that I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I’d need a full day to tell you about all the issues I’ve had. Clerical errors, ignored phone calls and voicemails 30 day tag expired before they made my paperwork available to me and the nightmare continues. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Seriously. Not worth it.
