Bought a 2017 Honda Civic back in March and got a good deal on it. The staff I worked with were great and I didn't have any complaints. Then a couple of weeks ago when it started to get hot outside, I tried using the A/C but it wasn't blowing out any cold air. I decided to take it up to the Honda dealership to figure out what the problem was and comes to find out, the condenser is busted and bent. I worked with Jeremy Kinsey & Justin Borum in the Belton store. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. They we both very kind & accommodating. The knowledge of the sales people at this location is severely lacking. They do not understand warranty laws, they sell trucks making promises of manufacturer warranties, they sell commercial dealer warranties without understanding the limitations on them. Bought truck for commercial use 4 weeks ago, only been able to use it one week. The sales people at this location sold a truck they were not familiar with, made promises not based on fact.
