I was a first time buyer with no established credit and their salesman, Logan Hull, was GREAT! He played around with numbers, etc. to get me approved and with determination and consistency was able to do just that! I appreciate everything he did to make it happen! Long story short. The truck was not there when I arrived like the said. Check engine light on. Had to fight for second key when I didn't arrive with title. It 3 weeks to get the wrong floor mats now 2 weeks later the quit responding to me. The truck had alignment done before purchase. It was done wrong and they used 15w40 oil for the change but ford specifically says 5w30 or 10w30 depending on driving conditions. Never again will I go here and neither should you. Just a mechanics opinion
