The customer service sucks. Bought a car there almost a year ago. Hadn't been home 2 weeks and the sun roof leaked like no other. We blew out the drains and still leaked. Took it to the shop and they said they couldn't get it to leak. That we had fixed it. Well brought it back home and guess what it leaked and still leaks. I purchased a vehicle a week ago. Was asked to make an appt so it could be detailed, it was not . Brought car in and left it over night, received a dirty loaner , wasted gas and time, mats were taken out of trunk put on floor and car not cleaned. ??? It was returned in the exact condition that I brought it in
I have been Looking for a 1998 Corvette for a while, Then I found one at Show Me Auto Mall, and the Price was right and the Car was Beautiful and have not had any trouble with it. Went in today looking for a truck. I had seen one online that was nice and the right price. However it had a little cosmetic damage. I then found one that I really liked but just couldn't get it in the right price range. I then spoke with Logan. We talked about why I changed my mind on the first one I looked at. He was then more then willing to fix all issues with the truck. We then we're able to make a great deal. Logan is one of the best sales men I have ever had. He should be promoted and running show me auto.
