Snoop was the most amazing salesman we dealt with. we had been to other places and was off putting with those guys. Snoop was smooth and fun we got a perfect truck for us and it fits our lifestyle and budget. I would send my family, friends and strangers to see him no question.
Long story short....After negotiating on a truck and trading ours in for it, my husband and I have had headaches the last few days. Numbers and stories have changed from Sam (the sales manager). I believe he was trying to pull one over on us. Should’ve known he was shady with his attitude during negotiations. He ended up being a little pushy. triple check papers before signing because they charged us $2000 more than what we were supposed to pay, they also said they could throw in the reverse camera installation for free if i put an extra $500 down, nope had to pay for that too. scam

We told them not to deposit the $500 check that he asked for to hold the truck. They deposited it anyway. Our financing wouldn’t go through and we’ve been hours now trying to get our $500 back. WE JUST WANT OUR CHECK BACK PEOPLE!
