Went in to purchase a used Rhino and took test drive and looked to purchase trailer also. Left to pick up truck while they get paperwork lined up and by the time we got back they informed us that someone else put a down payment on it. No offer to look at anything else just a sorry it happens.
Took my Polaris general in recently for a recall, while there I asked the service department to check for a hard starting problem, to make a long story short... turned out it was an internal engine problem. With only 114 hours Ron in the service department, called Polaris and asked for a good will repair. Polaris declined. Just wanted to give an attaboy to JR for helping us out and salvaging our camping trip. As we tried to unload our Ranger, the battery was dead. Found one bar and called JR. He had a battery and meet us in Pinetop to pick it up and also loaned us tools too. Thanks again for stellar customer service
