Kudos to the service department for getting me on the road again within a couple of hours. I was towed in from Alpine and originally my outcome looked bleak due to their current workload, but they managed to squeeze me in, and get me up n runnin' in a short time! Not very many places take on additional unexpected drop ins, but they accommodated this out of towner with exceptional service! Thanks again, bike runs better than it has in a while. Awesome group of people who know how to take care of their customers.
Worst service from the service department! Went in for a service only for them to have taken it upon themselves to replace parts and give us the bill! Then when we got a new price, we went in to pick up our side by side and the bill was higher than what they had just told us on the phone! Not to mention I never got returned phone calls, I had to call and ask!... do not recommend the service department, unless you want to just give away your hard earned money!
Purchased a used Yamaha Rhino and brought it in for service and checkout. They found some issues and got them corrected. It runs like a champ, I am a satisfied customer and I'll be back for maybe purchasing a new ride and for service for sure. The entire crew, from service writer to technician were outstanding!
Tim, Ron, Rich, Erica, JR, Jeremy, and Blake (service and parts) are good folks who have earned my respect and my service business. They perform service on my Yamaha, Honda, and Kawasaki motorcycles and have always reached my expectations.
