Awful experience - bait and switch, trying to tack on fees, told us we had to finance the car through them in order to buy the car and they wouldn't sell it to ** for cash... Salesperson **** was aggressive and rude. So glad we left and bought a car at a different dealership.
When we purchased our car it was a great experience however a few weeks afterwards I still hadnt received any information from my bank for the loan and nothing was showing in my account for the loan. I reached out to the dealership and left a message for a call back regarding my concerns with the loan. I did not receive a call back but then a few days later I received a notice in the mail from my bank that my loan was denied! Went to Shottenkirk Honda in Davis to buy a 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring on 4/25/22. We met with Anjali D***, she said that they have one in transit and agreed to sell it to us at MSRP of $39,020.00. They finally let us know that we can pick it up on 5/12/22 after they do the pre delivery inspection. We never received any paperwork showing what the prices were on anything they were trying to sell us. This company would not honor my warranty for my one year battery that I purchased from them Very poor service
After I returned my leased vehicle at the end of the lease, Shottenkirk did not send the vehicle return document to Honda Financial as they were required to do. When I sent my copy to try and remedy their failure, since Shottenkirk had not filled it out fully, Honda Financial still wouldn't accept it. So, my account was listed as delinquent, reducing my credit score by 100 points, as well as hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. DO NOT GET A CAR THERE!!!!
