I purchased a new *** from this dealership and had electrical issues with it from the start while it was under warranty. Here I am years later with the same issues if not worse! The dealership is refusing to help and the car is not drivable. I am making car payments on a car that I do not feel safe driving. I have spent hundreds if not a thousand dollars to fix the issue. I have contacted corporate that tells me its not under warranty so there is nothing they can do even though I have receipts from every service.
They tried to steal our truck.They attempted to force us to buy a vehicle we had not seen by tricking us into signing a "pre-contract" that they said would only ensure it isn't sold before it arrived. Disappointed. I had a great experience my first day with this dealership when they were trying to sell me a car. After that it's all down hills. Other than one saler person there, everyone else was snobby and rude. As if they are better than us. YOU also need to BEWARE of them when you trade you vehicle in. Worst car dealership I have ever encountered. Thy don't respond to questions you may have once they get your money. Purchased a new car from them but they did not give me the sales documents. I called, emailed and texted the dealership several times over several days but they could not be bothered to respond.I had to drive 50 miles one way to get the documents. They could have mailed the document to ****** car I purchased was not detailed, it looks like they just drove it through an automated carwash They deserve 0 stars
We were told over the phone by the sales person that they would sell the truck for $42,000 to meet the competitor's quote. We agreed to purchase the vehicle from them as they had the color we wanted. We arrived at the dealership and the sales person didn't tell us that the car also have $4,000 worth of upgrades. Awful experience, please stay away from this Dealership. They lie about their inventory, try to upsell you a different vehicle and if you dont purchase extended warrantys they give you the worst service possible.
All nice at first, but then paperwork is done incorrectly. Copies not given, problems with printers and credit card machines. Don't return calls, claim to not get messages, deal not honored as promised. Very disappointed
In 2022, I went to Shottenkirk Honda of Davis to trade in my car for new Honda ***. Through negotiation, I left the dealership several times, and the agent brought me back in several times to give me a deal.
