We bought a car, when we went to do the finance and they told us this bank with them do the traditional bi-weekly payment and when it was time for me to set it up, that was not the case. I call the dealership and they were not helpful. I didn't have any issue with the sales but finance person lie to us. Also we told them who we work for, didn't even bother to look the discount for us. After we sign the paper, we told them we have family work for GM, they will unwilling to redo the contract.
