First time at Shortstop, last night. It was a very impressive evening. Hubby & I had the Salmon Dinner Special, Salmon, rice pilaf, & sautéed spinach!!! OMG!! The dinner was delicious & hot when it was served!!! Carlos, our waiter, was awesome, personality plus. Shortstop was busy, BUT, we got our food in a very short time!!! Place is great. We've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a seat, friendly staff, great food, food comes quick, they don't rush you to leave, kid friendly, one of our top spots right now for dinner
Don't mean to bash. Just constructive criticism...menus were greasy and could have easily been wiped clean..(our first impression being our 1st visit)...an apology for our polite complaint about the dry chicken breast (along with the replaced breast) wouldn't have been too much to ask..appreciated the free desserts... But then we know it's a sports bar...what can you expect?
I have consistently enjoyed our dinners and the atmosphere. The wait staff and bartenders are very welcoming and professional. My favorite is the Ty Cobb salad ...yummy!
I loved it. Good was really good and the service was great also liked that the cook brought out the food and the serves make sure they keep u filled with drinks and make sure everything is okay with ur food this might be my new favorite place to eat
