The first day I moved into my unit there were roaches in my kitchen. They had to replace my stove once for roaches being in it and another time for mice getting into it. There are large holes under the sinks which allow mice and much more into the unit. The two women in the office are rude. I have seen multiple reviews about Michelle and Sara and how poorly they treat people but they are still there. Office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! The apartments are disgusting when my dad moved in his stove/oven was so gross and half the burners didn't work and it took them a month to bring him another dirty one that was in working order. Roaches and Mice were always a big problem even though his apartment was always kept clean.

was thinking about it, but after everything I see and my buddy's apartment always kept clean yet still rats and critters either from neighbors or seems like yhey just don't care. stay clear from this mess of of a management

RecommendedCurrent office manager is great. She is very prompt handling all matters, polite when conversing, very approachable. On site laundry facilities are able to be controlled via app which keeps occupant notified so no need to hang out in the laundry room. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the lawn care people are respectful of any outside decorations you have.
Recommendedthis place is quiet, clean and safe!..the grounds are well kept and professionally maintained and well lit at night! ,the onsite laundry facility is clean and machines can be monitored via app on your smart phone! there is a pool also..it looks nice but i havent used it but alot of people do..neighbors are friendly and the staff is also! our manager in the office here is professional and very kind and shows concern for all issues brought to her attention and is very prompt in getting things taken care of and is very friendly... read more
This raggedy apartments are over priced. When I lived there, the toilet leaked into our kitchen to the point the ceiling would be on our kitchen floor, all they did was seal it back and not fix it. When we moved out they claimed our washing machine ruined the floor. So we made payments to fix it. Periodically my sister made Payments and ask What the balance is. Renovate the nasty apartments and most importantly, get rid of Michelle who manages the office there because she is very rude and has no customer service skills. She talks to every tenant like they are the dirt on her shoe and multiple tenants have complained about her and yet she is still there treating people horribly! That is a reflection of Stallard & Associates that shows they care nothing about anything except the money they make off people. Slumlord for sure!!
