The experience I had at shortline was like night and day compared to other dealerships. The customer service was great, I never felt pressured, and my sales person chris carrera was very knowledgeable. If your in the market for a new car, I reccomend you go to shortline and ask for chris.

Marvis was a great person to work with at Shortline Subaru. He really made buying my first car easier. I do not have any experience in buying cars and he was very supportive and helpful in answering my questions and really making it about me. The entire process was smooth and quick. They were able to work with me in finding a reasonable cost and payments for the new subaru legacy and I was out and driving my first brand new car sooner than I knew it!

I researched vehicles on the internet and inquired about the Kia Soul. I received a prompt response from Attila Szabo at Shortline Kia and made arraingement to test drive the car. Overall the experience was as good as it could be. Our salesperson Trevor was impeccable, ask for him it's worth it. He went above and beyond to to get us exactly what we needed in terms of price and payment. Everyone at shortline was nice, helpful and not overly aggressive, which will make me turn around and walk out the door as soon as I feel hassled. Great inventory and great prices. Shop here, you won't be dissapointed, in fact probably surprised.

Trevor Roginson was great to work with , Trevor went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and then some . This whole experience was the best that we have had in purchesing a vechile and the finance was also easy. Trevor even came in on his day off to make sure we knew how to use all of the feature on our Santa Fe. Thanks Trevor

Best place in town to buy a Subaru! Dealt with a dealer named Marvis C. He was very pleasant, answered all of my questions accurately & professionally. Really went out of his way to assist me & got me a great deal on a new 2011 Subaru Forester. I bought my 2010 Forester at this location as well & had an excellent customer service experience then too. Trevor Roginson was great to deal with and he went above and beyond the call of duty to get me the exact color and model Hyundai I wanted. He spent time explaining everything to me and has made sure that I feel comfortable in calling him if I have any further questions. I bought my first car from Deb Salisbury in 2007. Since then I have purchased 2 more and each purchase is an enjoyable experience. Not only am I absolutely certain that I will always drive a subaru, but it is a relief that I have a trusted salesperson to rely on when making that purchase.
